Dominican Operations Group (DOG)

I’m building DOG in the Dominican Republic.

It’s a ground-level real-world asset operation focused on acquiring small properties and local businesses, fixing them up, and turning them into cash-flowing systems.

No hype. No fake projections. Just execution.

Where we are right now

We’re early. Like actually early.

  • No properties acquired yet
  • No legal entity finalized (Dominican SRL is in progress)
  • I’m already on the ground building deal flow
  • Everything is being structured from scratch

🟡 Operator — $150+

For people who want closer visibility into what’s actually happening.

  • Everything in Supporter
  • Deal flow updates (what I’m looking at, what gets passed on, why)
  • Early access to acquisition thinking and strategy
  • Input on non-financial decisions (direction, priorities, branding)
  • VIP role inside community

🔴 Founder — $500+

For people fully aligned with the long-term build.

  • Everything in Operator
  • Founding member status on DOG website (optional public listing)
  • Physical Founder Card (metal or premium card depending on cost)
  • Priority access to future DOG ecosystem allocation
  • First access to future real-world perks once assets exist

DOG Points (Future Ecosystem Layer)

Early support is tracked internally through a contribution system called DOG Points.

Right now it has no financial value.

But it will be used to determine recognition and allocation in the future DOG ecosystem when the token launches.

How it works:

  • Supporter = 1x DOG Points
  • Operator = 3x DOG Points
  • Founder = 8x DOG Points

Points are earned based on:

  • tier
  • early participation timing
  • engagement in the ecosystem over time

DOG Token (Future)

DOG will likely introduce a token in the future.

When it launches, it is intended to represent:

participation in the DOG ecosystem (the operating structure behind the assets), not ownership of individual properties

What it is NOT:

  • not ownership of real estate
  • not a claim on specific properties
  • not a guaranteed return instrument

What it IS intended to be:

  • ecosystem participation layer
  • coordination + governance layer
  • way to align early supporters with long-term growth

Nothing is live yet. No token exists. No sale is happening.

Future real-world perks (only after assets exist)

Once DOG owns and operates properties, Founder-level participants may get access to:

  • discounted stays in DOG-managed Airbnb-style properties
  • early booking access
  • special rates on listed units
  • priority access to new acquisitions
  • occasional real-world events or meetups

These only become real once assets exist. Nothing here is active yet.

What early backing supports right now

All early contributions go into building the foundation:

  • forming the Dominican SRL
  • legal and operational setup
  • deal sourcing and market research
  • evaluating and securing first acquisition
  • building the system that will scale later

This is infrastructure, not outcomes.

Reality check

This is early-stage execution.

There are no guarantees here:

  • no promised returns
  • no fixed financial outcomes
  • no completed structure yet

This is for people who understand early builds are uncertain by nature.
